I’ll be using rough sawn white oak and this is what i have already ordered from my local supplier -

METRIC - 6 boards at 1.2m x 125mm x 38mm and 4 boards at 1.2m x 100mm x 25mm

IMPERIAL - 6 boards at 4ft x 5” x 1 1/2” and 4 boards at 4ft x 4” x 1”

But you can make this build out of whatever you want, even Skateboards if that’s your thing!

You’ll need the basic line up, circular saw and/or track saw, drills, router and clamps. If you’ve got a table saw, which i can only assume you already have then great. If you don’t have milling machines like a surface planer (Jointer) or thickness planer, yet still want to build out of hardwood, get your local timber yard to mill it for you or ask a lovely friend.

It depends on how you look at it and what your experience is, but I did design this piece so a beginner can do it while following along the daily videos, but it’s still challenging enough that an experienced woodworker can get on board, learn a few things and have fun.
